What are your Shipping and Processing times?

We process orders within 3-5 business days, after which they are sent to production for another 3-5 business days before being shipped to you.
During holidays, please expect delays as the number of orders is higher than usual, although we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping includes tracking and should arrive in 3-10 days, expect longer times for orders outside the United States.

How do you handle Returns and Exchanges?

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items arrive damaged or defective. If you encounter any issues with your order or if there is an error on our part, please reach out to us within 3 days of receipt. Include a photo of the defect, and we will make it right for you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours after ordering. It is the buyer's responsibility to read and understand all production time frames.
